ISO certified 14664-1 Class 7 clean room (Airborne particulate cleanliness classes in clean rooms and clean zones).Packaging
Specialized packaging requirements IAW MIL-STD-2073 (standard practice for military packaging). This specification dictates or controls methods of preservation, cleaning procedures, preservation materials, wrapping materials, cushioning and dunnage, cushioning thickness, unit containers and special marking requirements.
In addition, MIL-I-52211 (packaging of industrial gas equipment, accessories and support items) is used to define specific packaging needs.Part Marking
Marking IAW MIL-STD-130 (identification marking of U.S. military property). Specific identification or marking to specification normally requiring part number, cage code and national stock number (NSN). Also, MIL-STD-129 (standard practice for military marking) is the specification used for bar coding requirements.Cleaning
Cleaning for oxygen, nitrogen and argon service is IAW CQP-118 (cryogenic vessel & piping cleaning). This is used to clean commercial or non-government items that don’t have specific requirements. MIL-STD-1330 Department of Defense specification (standard practice for precision cleaning and testing of shipboard oxygen, helium, helium-oxygen and hydrogen systems). This specification is the preferred cleaning process for the Navy. MIL-STD-1359 (cleaning methods and procedures for breathing oxygen equipment). This specification is the preferred cleaning process for the Air Force.Sampling
MIL-STD-105 (sampling procedures and tables for inspection by attributes). Sampling for inspection and receiving inspection.
