Cryenco/Chart Denver's fabrication
plant has supported many interesting programs in the past. Following
are a few examples of the products we have manufactured completely
or supported with components, parts and assembly.

Large
pressure vessel assembly with outer vessels for Cryogenic applications.
Chart
Denver’s fabrication facility produced a large number of
components, sub-assemblies and complete, “code-stamped” pressure
vessels that were shipped to other Chart locations for final assembly.
Shown here are 8’ x 45’ aluminum assemblies for liquid
nitrogen trailers.

This fixture is used
to set up a large and awkward aluminum vaporizer assembly for oil service
application. Pre-cambering prior to welding
helped eliminate weld failures experienced during rigorous field operations.
NC laser layout fixture
for marking penetration locations in an elliptical pressure vessel head.
This provides a quick method of locating precise features
in what otherwise would be a laborious and highly variable task.
A prototype power
lead assembly for the Super Collider program manufactured by Cryenco.
This is the 6000 amp power lead, ready for shielding and
instrumentation before final enclosure.
Chart Denver supplied
the tanks and piping systems for this slush hydrogen plant.

1,000 gallon, skid-mounted
liquid helium storage tank.

TMU 27 - 50 gallon
liquid oxygen storage and transfer system for military and defense applications.
Cryenco/Chart has produced thousands of these
tanks over the years in various configurations to handle almost all cryogenic
gases.

Liquid oxygen storage
tanks for military applications. 2,000 gallon capacity with vaporizer
and controls for storing and transferring cryogenic
liquid gases. Cryenco manufactured this product in vertical and horizontal
configurations.

75-gallon liquid
nitrogen tank with liquid pump for military application.

LOX oxygen supply
system for military applications being serviced as part of a routine
PM program. Here the vacuum spheres are being pumped
out to re-establish the thermal properties to original specifications.
Shown below are a few examples
of the products we have supported.
