Six Sigma

GE introduced us to Six Sigma in 1998. GE suppliers were required to implement this system as a joint initiative to improve quality, reduce variability and drive out cost. We started with one Champion, one Green Belt and one Black Belt. Since then we have added two more Champions, two Green Belts and one more Black Belt to our staff. Six Sigma has been used successfully to solve technically difficult and complex issues.
